1. Business Identity and Eligibility

Trendsnap is operated as an individual business entity registered in the State of Delaware, USA. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services and products are intended solely for users who meet this age requirement.

2. Products and Pricing

We specialize in Smart Home & Security, Digital Gadgets, Kitchen Efficiency, and Seasonal Essentials.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and features accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Taxes: As a Delaware-based entity, we do not collect state sales tax on most orders; however, you are responsible for any applicable use taxes or import duties required by your state of residence.

3. Fulfillment and Shipping

Your orders are fulfilled through our global logistics network, which includes centers at CJDropshipping and DSCP Smart Fulfillment.

  • Carriers: Last-mile delivery is handled by USPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard Fast Line orders typically arrive in 7–12 business days, while US Warehouse items arrive in 2–5 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personal care items are non-returnable.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have entered the fulfillment process.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Trendsnap and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Trendsnap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our gadgets or home products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. However, in accordance with recent U.S. appellate rulings (e.g., Briskin v. Shopify), you acknowledge that by transacting with residents of other states, Trendsnap may be subject to the specific personal jurisdiction of those states' courts for claims arising from data collection or consumer interactions within those jurisdictions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, or in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
