At Trendsnap, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers across the United States. We utilize a high-efficiency hybrid fulfillment model to ensure you receive your gadgets and seasonal essentials as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shifted from "Processing" to "Shipped."

Note: During peak seasonal periods or high-demand product launches, processing times may extend slightly. We will always notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent shipping options based on your order value and the location of our inventory.

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $35.00 qualify for free standard shipping across all 50 U.S. states.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $35.00, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your local carrier's performance and external factors such as weather.

3. Shipping Partners

To ensure the highest level of trust and reliability for the final mile of delivery, we partner with industry-leading domestic and international carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • DHL eCommerce.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You don't have to wonder where your package is. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As of late 2025, U.S. trade regulations have changed regarding international imports. Please be aware of the following:

  • Import Duties: As per updated U.S. Customs guidelines, duties and import taxes now apply to all shipments entering the United States, regardless of the package value.

  • Policy: Trendsnap primarily uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping lines where possible to ensure a transparent checkout experience with no surprise fees upon delivery. If an item is shipped via a different method, any customs fees or taxes applied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA. However, please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes may result in slightly longer delivery times.

7. Damages and Missing Packages

Trendsnap is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us at trendsnap.us@gmail.com immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
