Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the location of the inventory:

  • US Warehouse Items: 2–5 business days for our top-selling gadgets.
  • Standard Fast Line: 7–12 business days for our full global catalog.
    Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the USA that have a total value of $35.00 or more. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure reliable "last-mile" delivery to your door, we partner with the most trusted names in US logistics: USPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s website to see real-time updates on your delivery.

Do you ship to all states?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes may experience slightly longer transit times than the continental average.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. To maintain our high-efficiency automated fulfillment model and ensure transaction security, we do not offer Cash on Delivery for our US store.

Are there surprise fees at delivery?

We primarily utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping lines to ensure all duties and import taxes are handled upfront. This means your checkout total is usually the final price, with no surprise bills from customs at your door.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Following our store’s specific practice, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, items from our Personal Fitness & Wellness category (such as personal care goods and beauty tools) are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
