Refund policy

At Trendsnap, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have established a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories (essential for our Digital Gadgets and Smart Home products).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at trendsnap.us@gmail.com. Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm EST.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • Returns must be sent to the following address: ****.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. We will cover the shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or is defective.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at trendsnap.us@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unboxing Video Recommendation: While not strictly required, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your package. This serves as concrete evidence of the condition of your items (especially for fragile electronics or mirrors) and helps us expedite your claim with our shipping partners like USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Personal Care & Wellness Goods: Items from our Personal Fitness & Wellness category (such as beauty tools, Gua Sha sets, or opened hygiene products) are non-returnable.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we inspect the returned item.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
